In the video, I talk about what self sabotage is, why we do it and how to stop it. Self sabotaging behavior creates resistance and holds us back from achieving what we truly want out of life. It's directly tied to procrastination and our feelings of self-confidence and self-worth. We are often our worst enemy and get in our own way. When there's a gap between knowing what we want and taking action to make it happen, we manifest stress and anxiety into our lives and it hinders our ability to live a joyful and fulfilling life.
