Welcome back to my channel! Today I’m sharing what I eat in a day on myWW Blue. I hope this video can give you some meal ideas and inspires you to track track track! I’ve been doing Weight Watchers or WW since April 2018 after the birth of my second son, Ben. A week after he was born, I ended up back in Labor and Delivery with postpartum hypertension and was put on medication to bring down my blood pressure. I vowed to get my health in check and that is where my weight loss journey began. At my lowest, I lost a total of 85 pounds. I’m currently 9 pounds from being back on maintenance. Full disclosure... I think my body is beautiful and capable and my weight loss and maintenance journey is a part of treating my body as if it’s worthy of being taken care of. WW is MY way of staying on track and helping me maintain a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Thanks for reading and watching. Hi! I’m Lindsay. I’m a stay at home mom of two wonderful boys.
