hi guys! I have gotten so so many questions about what I eat everyday, how I meal prep, and how I have implemented a healthier lifestyle! This is everything I eat in a work day, what I use to meal prep, and some healthy meal ideas!
dinner recipes:
chili recipe:
1 lb ground turkey
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can pork and beans
1 can chili beans
1 or 2 packs of chili-o mix (depending on how strong/spicy you like it)
1 small onion
salt and pepper!
- first cook the turkey and chopped up onion until completely cooked through, then drain the grease
- mix in everything else and I let it simmer on low for about 25 - 30 minutes! if its too thick add in some water :)
salmon and veggies:
salmon filets (however many you want, I like without the “skin”)
any veggies (I like to do as many colorful ones as possible - broccoli, asparagus, carrots, onion, squash, zucchini, sweet potato, and peppers are my favorites!
spray pants with evoo and bake everything at 425° for 20-25 minutes
