My first step as a vegan was to take responsibility and learn how to consume all the nutritions I need without hurting others. As a model I usually eat clean, low carb and low fat meals that still contain all the nutritions our body needs. I am not a doctor or a nutritionist but I have learned a lot over the years and this video provides 3 vegan meals that I believe are optimal and also- super yummy for you guys:)
