Hey girls & guys, welcome back to another video!
I thought I would share a what I eat in a day, I love filming these as I love food and I love watching these videos. I have lost a little bit go weight recently, not with trying or dieting just by smaller portions, lots of water and being on the move more. My body shape can change so quickly. Its our wedding this year and i have my hen party abroad so I do want to feel good but I also love food and hate diets. I believe its all about moderation, enjoying foods but also eating reasonably healthy too. Drinking water is definitely one thing that helps me not to snack as much.
