I made this video to answer the common question. What do I do after 90-days? P90X plays out in 90-days, Insanity in 60, and other programs in 30. But what do you do after you complete that goal?
It seems to be a common occurrence that after that short term goal that people and this includes me tend to fall off track. What I have been fortunate enough to do is to find motivation by throwing new twists at my fitness.
90-days is just a small goal in a life time of fitness. This is not something you do once and forget about. Anyone that has done their P90X 90-days or Insanity 60-days know that it's not easy. You don't just breeze through, you push hard, you sweat, and you feel pain. But what sets you apart from others is your life style commitment to fitness, not just your short term motivation.
Bring it every day. Switch it up and keep it interesting.
