Of late, conservatives have been talking quite a bit about poverty and growing inequality, and have created a new lexicon of antipoverty terminology. In reality, this vocabulary is just a new way of speaking about the same old policies that will result in deep cuts to education, healthcare, nutrition, and affordable housing.
