But before calculating daily calories need for weight loss you must know BMR, BMR is also known as Basal metabolic rate, BMR- everybody needs some calories during rest time for the proper function of the body that is known as BMR. Once you know the BMR, multiply BMR with your activity level and you will find your daily calories need, just reduce 10%, 15%, 20% in the total calories need and you will start reducing weight.
