In today’s video I will give information about daily calories need, when we looking for weight loss, During weight loss it is very essential to keep in mind that every food contain a certain amount of calories, so if you eat more food your calories will increase and if you don’t spend those extra calories through exercise or physical activity, it will deposit on your body as fats. So it is always better to keep a close watch in your daily calories intake. In today’s video, I will tell you how to calculate daily calories need, in total calories if you reduce 10%, 15%, 20% calories every day as well as increase exercise you will start reducing weight. But before calculating daily calories need for weight loss you must know BMR, BMR is also known as Basal metabolic rate, BMR- everybody needs some calories during rest time for the proper function of the body that is known as BMR. Once you know the BMR, multiply BMR with your activity level and you will find your daily calories need, just reduce 10%, 15%, 20% in the total calories need and you will start reducing weight. Follow it and you will start seeing results soon.
