An electricity effect appears when Weakness Finder occurs. Weakness Finder doesn't work on melee heroes. Weakness Finder will work on Roger's human form but not on werewolf form. Same for Yi Sun-shin, Weakness Finder only works when he uses his bow. Weakness Finder doesn't work on Moskov's extra target from his passive. It's different for Clint's passive. The enemy behind Clint's target can be also be affected by Weakness Finder. Hanabi's petal does not carry the effect of Weakness Finder. Only the main target can be slowed. Zhask's spawn does not acquire the effect of Weakness Finder. Kaja's basic attack is still considered melee, so no Weakness Finder for him. Weakness Finder works on Lesley's invisibility + basic attack combination. It's harder to escape from her when she uses this talent. Irithel is quite different. It seems this talent was made for her.
