NOOO Overwhelmed and frustrated I went to spinningbabies.com and also researched a ton of different articles on how to spin babies! :) I was so upset since I am striving for a natural labor and delivery like I have with my past two labors! I have been obsessing over ways and different techniques / exercises / positions to get into to try to encourage baby to spin / flip / get head down!
