Watch Dogs - How to improve the performance and frame rate

Optimizing Watch Dogs performance overall, removing stuttering and massive frame rate drops during certain sequences of the game and 20+ fps increase. A title bar appears when windowed is activated which cannot be shown in the video. The trade-off is small for a better and smooth gameplay. But by doing so youll sacrifice some frame rate.
