Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., thanked supporters in Iowa on Monday night as results of the state’s presidential caucuses were coming in. “We know there’s delays, but we know one thing,” said Klobuchar. “We are punching above our weight.” She said that despite the crowded field of candidates and ongoing impeachment trial of President Donald Trump, she intended to get on a plane to New Hampshire that night to continue campaigning. Klobuchar urged unity over division. “We know that we win by bringing people with us instead of shutting them out,” she said, adding that her campaign would continue to appeal to a coalition of independents and moderate Republicans alongside Democrats.
