Watch a horse put its own bridle on...clicker training outcome :)

This young horse came in with may avoidance behaviours when it came to the bit. He held his head very high and pushed you out of the way to move away. We started using training this end game behaviour by taking it all apart and then put the bridle back together once each section was shaped....head down, head through reins, headpiece on top oh head held low and the hardest bit was to shape him to target the bit and eventually learn to pull it up into his mouth himself. Great end result for happy bridle putting on!
