One of Waste Management's Commercial Rear Loaders dumping 4 Apartment Compactors , in Chinatown. I came across this truck when it was broken down a light broke in the hopper and the wires truck , shorting the fuses making the controls not to work . so i walked around for an hour until the little service truck came and i watched them fix the truck , it only took 15 minutes , and then they went back to work.
