Waseda University students celebrate start of an academic year, part 2 早稲田大学の新入生歓迎 There are literally hundreds of student clubs at Waseda University in Tokyo. Ranging from sports, cheerleading, music to politics, arts and poetry, they try to gather as many new members as possible. During the first week of April when new Japanese academic year starts, sophomores and older students welcome freshmen by organizing an event on the campus.
