Kubrows are essentially attack dogs that take the place of your Sentinel. The four types of Kubrow - Sahasa, Huras, Sunika and Raska specialize in unique abilities to fit individual playstyles. Breeding a Kubrow is easy, but it can also be time consuming. The first step is to head to Venus and defeat a boss called Jackal. Jackal will give you a quest called Howl of the Kubrow that will set you on your path to Kubrow ownership. Once you’re back on your ship, head to the Codex and select the quests option. Once you select the Howl of the Kubrow quest, a new survival mission will open up to you on Elara on Jupiter. The goal of this mission is to survive for five minutes. Once you’re successful, you’ll be given an Incubator to install on your ship. Install the Incubator and you’ll be directed to an Extermination mission on E Prime on Earth. The goal here is to find a Kubrow egg. Kubrow eggs drop at random from destroyed Kubrow dens. There’s no way to know when an egg will appear, but it’ll be indicated by a golden streak of light when it finally drops. After acquiring the Kubrow egg, you’ll need to incubate it. To do that, you’ll need an Incubator Power Core. The power core blueprint can be purchased from the market for credits, or you can buy a pre-made power core for platinum. Now you’re ready to hatch your Kubrow egg. It takes two days for a Kubrow puppy to hatch from its egg, and another two login cycles for the Kubrow to mature into an adult. The final step in Kubrow ownership is acquiring a collar. Go to Lith on Earth and complete a defense mission against the Grineer. Once that’s done, you’ll be free to take your Kubrow with you on any mission you want. Thank you for watching GamerU’s guide to getting a Kubrow in Warframe and stay tuned for more tips and tutorials.
