VP44 Injection Pump Miracle! **WATCH THIS** This video is to show everybody that some how my vp44 injection pump failure symptoms have gone away. My vp44 injection pump was showing me signs of slight power loss while accelerating in my 2nd gen 24 valve cummins. When I did the key trick turning the key on, off, on, off, on, a few months ago I got a companion code telling me that there was another code I had to use a OBDII scanner to read. When I used the OBDII scanner to read the other engine code on the 24 valve cummins, I got a code telling me that the vp44 electronics were failing. I was experiencing what I believed to be some vp44 failure symptoms where the cummins seemed to have a loss of power upon acceleration and the truck would hard start after being driven and it was fully warmed up on hot days. For about the last week now, since installing 2 new batteries in the cummins I have noticed that there's no hard start problem with the truck anymore after I drive it and it shut it down for 20-30 minutes and then go to restart it. The vp44 injection pump has "repaired" itself somehow. I did the key trick again to see if I still had the companion code and the other code and got the message "P-done". The codes are gone and the vp44 injection pump seems to be healthy and not needing to be replaced at the moment. We got a miracle going on here boys! Now I can use some of the money that I was going to do the vp44 injection pump install with on other parts to finish off the HX35 turbo install.
