Мел Воздушный Белый, он пачкает руки, у меня он плотный, хрустит звонко, откусить легко, сначала крупинка, потом сливочная каша, вкус классический меловой и в конце немного легкий молочный привкус. С глиной сочетание очень вкусное и хруст приятный. Сам вкус описать тяжело, но мне очень понравилось) Проглотила немного.
