Tajikistan operation in Khorog as "genocide against the Pamiri people. A video that was obtained from Government military officer's phone by locals in Khorog. In the recorded scene the officer was commanding his soldiers "to shoot on windows" and to "kill all the Pamiris" during the military attack on July 24, 2012. The video also shows that those soldiers were shooting at houses in an area, where no one of the so-called "commanders" are living.
