Vlogmas Day 6| Mud Girl Run Los Angeles 2019|Talisa Rae

I participated in Mud Girl Run Los Angeles 2019. It tested my endurance, my strength and my will power. It is the most difficult obstacle course (the only one) I have ever completed. Though it was tough it was and I plan on doing it again in 2020. I now know what to expect and will be better prepared. Fortunately for me, I had great women with me, encouraging me along. Even the most fit of us found it difficult when we got wet and it was cold. I didn't show all of the obstacles but there were quite a few more; giant slides, cheese grate, ladder crawling and climbing, weight pull and carry just to name a few. Mix that in with the mud and you really are getting down and dirty. Have you every completed the Mud Girl Run or any obstacle course like it? Let me know.
