VectorQuads- Tilt Rotor frame Review- Arms that tilt??? Part 1 of 2

Review of the Tilt Rotor from vector Quads. I really like this quads personality and the ability to turn it into a tri is awesome. But is that worth the extra weight and size this frame warrants.
