VDOT: Time-lapse of Interstate 95 bridge replacement

The Interstate 95 South bridge over Overbrook Road (at mile marker 77) was replaced March 1-4, 2013, as part of a major project to restore 11 bridges along the I-95 corridor in Richmond.
