Next ones should be a bit better I hope :D In this video, I’m going through my favourite Vanilla Mage PvP Spec, the Deep Frost Spec, aka 17/0/34. There are many variations to this spec but after playing mage for hundreds of days I feel that this is the most solid one. ⚙️ 17/0/34 - With Spellhit from Gear: https://classicdb.ch/?talent#obxVbobZZVVGGkbtho ⚙️ 17/0/34 - Without Spellhit from Gear: https://classicdb.ch/?talent#obxVbobZZViGhkbtho Reasons for not picking the following talents: Frost Warding - I don’t like the RNG factor and it is not good to let another Mage to cast Frostbolts on you. In Mage vs Mage situation, it is always good to Counterspell their Frost school so you can then pump out damage and they can’t Ice Block. Vs Hunter trap, you can't rely on this talent, it is better to use Skull of Impending Doom. Improved Arcane Explosion - I don’t really use AE that much so I feel that the extra crit is not worth it. Winter’s Chill - Would be decent if it wouldn’t require 5 points. ps. This video was more aimed towards those who are totally new to the Mage class so I know that there is not much to see for someone who has played this game for a long time. But don’t worry, I’ll have a new PvP video coming in a couple of days ?
