And if you double the sugar, you can use for strawberry milk syrup :)

?Ingredients
+Panna cotta
240ml(1cup) milk
6g(2tsp) gelatin powder
30g(2Tbsp) water
35g(2Tbsp plus 1tsp) sugar
240g(1cup) heavy cream
2.5g(1/2tsp) vanilla extract
pinch of salt
+Strawberry sauce
160g(5.6oz) strawberries
30g(2Tbsp) sugar
5g(1tsp) lemon juice
1. Put the water into gelatin powder and let stand for 5 min.
2. Put the saucepan over a low heat with milk, sugar, and salt
3. When milk is simmering, turn off the heat. Add gelatin, vanilla extract and heavy cream. Stir until all gelatin lumps are dissolved.
4. Strain the mixture and pour into a glass and refrigerate until set, up to 4 hours.
5. For make strawberry sauce, put all ingredients in the sauce pan and boil until all strawberries are mushy, for about 10 min. Strain the sauce and put it in a fridge until use.
