Utah's Liquor Laws are Getting More Weird

Thanks to Kyle's representative and the Mormon church, we're about to have some wacky ass liquor laws in the state including the new Zion Moat and of course being the first in the nation to adopt a 0.05% BAL which is going to cause ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS for law enforcement.
