Using Teensy 3.0 to control 3.2" TFT LCD (HX8352A)

CHECK OUT this faster version at [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0M04cICnqEs] In this video a ITDB02 3.2" WD TFT LCD 240x400 (HX8352A) is being controlled by a Teensy 3.0 (MK20DX128) using Arduino code & customized UTFT Library. I Simply wrote my own Teensy 3.0 hardware compatible file, added a few #define lines into the UTFT.cpp & UTFT.h files, & utilized the digitalWriteFast() function for Teensy 3.0.
