U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson in Tokyo to discuss fresh approach on N. Korea

Officials say the two sides want to find a fresh approach to dealing with Pyongyang,... including pressuring Beijing to play its part. Officials involved in planning Tillerson's trip to Asia say he will warn Beijing that the United States will step up pressure on Chinese financial institutions... if it fails to exert its sizable influence over Pyongyang. Tillerson's trip to Northeast Asia comes as the Trump administration is completing its strategic review on North Korea. Tillerson is due in Seoul on Friday for talks with South Korean officials.
