URA NAGE For Judo

Ura Nage (Rear Throw) is a core throwing technique in Judo and Sambo. Coaches Steve Scott and Derrick Darling teach Ura Nage for use in Judo keeping in mind both the IJF rules on grabbing below the belt as well as the rules of AAU Judo and Freestyle Judo that do not have the restrictions of the IJF rules.
