This a film about the UR-Sweden Programme. It is the largest bilateral program currently funded by Sida, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency. The main goal is to build research capacity at the University of Rwanda, abbreviated as the UR. In the current third phase, 2013-2018, the Programme has a budget of 50 million USD.
