Underwater Nannygai fish Feeding Frenzy!! Great Barrier Reef!!

http://www.reefari.com An underwater Nannygai fish feeding frenzy well worth watching, amazing how many fish and we hook a nice one, but the fish manages to get away. We had cleaned up on the Nannygai and pays not to over fish your marks, We were just trying to get some good underwater video of what goes on below and then was time to move on. We've got some great fishing marks wide on the Great Barrier reef and amazing to see how they feed. Suprisingly alot of fish get attracted to your baits. The one we hooked would have been about 4 to 5 kilo's, a great school sized fish. It was good to see the one which got away. Nannygai have soft mouths and pays to take your time to strike, but that's fishing and you don't always win, Watch closely and you'll also see a stingray hidden in the sand. Quite interesting to see the bottom and very flat and featureless which also make these spots even harder to find. Make sure you are running a good sounder, I have a furuno FCV 585 with 1 KW sounder which is worth it's weight in gold. A lot of these spots are trial and error and we will always have a quick drift and see if any good. Sometimes they won't show much on the Sounder.
