Ingredients
- 2 cups glutinous rice / malagkit
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp ube extract
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 15 pcs lumpia wrapper
- Cooking oil for wrapping

Instruction
- Wash glutinous rice/ malagkit 2 times and add 2 cups water and cook for 15 mins in low heat
- Let the rice cool for 10 mins
- Combine condensed milk and ube extract mix in glutinous rice/ malagkit
- To wrap lay out one lumpia wrapper in a diamond shape and put 1 1/2 tbsp of ube malagkit at the bottom of the wrapper
- Fold the bottom point over the ube malagkit, then fold in the edge to create an envelope shape, Roll the wrapper toward the top point, add oil and finish the roll to seal the end.
- Heat pan in medium heat
- Place turon ube malagkit in the hot oil, add brown sugar, Fry for 3 mins or until golden brown
- Remove turon and drain the excess oil on paper towel
