twinkling titanite for lazy people

if you have a shitload of ascetics, which I generally do because I get them from Dark Chasm invasions, you can just ascetic the 2nd Earthen Peak bonfire and grab a piece of twinkling in roughly 45 seconds. requires far less brain power than killing Amana creatures and isn't RNG based.
