TV colour bars test card screen with sine tone in 4K

I noticed most test pattern screens available here on YT were very low-quality, so I decided to do an HD one (specifically, a 4K one). I did the test card myself on Paint (LOL) and got the 1000 Hz sine waveform noise from Audacity. Feel free to download or screen-record this video and use it in your project however you like, but it would be great if you could put a link to this video so that other people know it exists and can use it.
