How to make Origami Koi fish DIY how to make an Origami koi fish In this tutorial, I will explain how to make an origami koi fish. Koi fish are ornamental varieties of domesticated common carp  that are kept for decorative purposes in outdoor koi ponds or water gardens. Paper size: 11.25cm x 7.5cm (proportion 3x2) How to make the starting rectangle:  •fold in half a 15 cm square sheet of paper •cut along the fold •fold in half the rectangle and than in half again, dividing in 4 equal parts the longest edge •cut a third of the rectangle obtaining a 3x2 rectangle with 11.25cm x 7.5cm dimensions.
