Tummy tuck recover day two! Changing dressings and seeing stomach for first time!

Hi! Made it through day two!! It was a very hard day! I think The Exparel is starting to wear off cuz every time I stand up I get a burning sensation at my incisions and starting to feel more pain in my middle abdomen. Again I have no idea how anyone did this without a pain pump or Exparel?! I am swelling up and feel like my stomach is pushing out and that is not fun! My incision is really low and I love that! It's down in my pubic area. **I still have some stretch marks that were above my old belly button and now they are below. I'm gonna admit I'm pretty bummed about it but I know it will look a lot better than it did before! Especially once the swelling goes down! It's hard for me to see any difference but my friends have said it looks way better
