American footballers across the United States, and in the UK, have been joining pre-match protests in defiance of Donald Trump. Hundreds of players have taken part in the 'Take a Knee' protest - first started by Colin Kaepernick last August to highlight racial discrimination. But their actions have upset the President who says those who kneel during the singing of the national anthem are disrespecting the flag and the country.
