Republicans have long told us that the United States can’t “go it alone” on fighting climate change, and they’ve used that as an excuse to destroy environmental protections. This week, Trump took an ax to environmental protections with an executive order, and now the United States is guilty of doing what Republicans have accused other countries of doing.  While everyone else is making progress, we’re moving backward.
