Truman is our now 10 year old son, who was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, bone cancer at age 9. He endured a horrendous year of chemotherapy and lost his right leg above the knee on 10/29/09. Today we are at our favorite Hanger Prosthetics, working with Kevin Carroll (Hanger VP of Prosthetics) and amazing guy and triple amputee Cameron Clapp. Truman is trying out one of Cameron's running knees and Cameron's running blade. Look how happy our sweet boy looks! These Hanger guys are playing an amazing role in his and our lives. We appreciate them so much.
