Smoothies are great morning meals. They take minutes to make and the possibilities are endless.
One of my favorite smoothies it Tropical Berry.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 pineapple
2 cups frozen berries (or you can use fresh berries and frozen pineapple)
1 heaping spoon full of coconut butter
a little coconut milk (optional)
a tablespoon of honey
a handful of spinach
DIRECTIONS
Blend everything together until smooth.
Yields 2 large smoothies, 4 small
