Trip Maintenance of Train-18/Vande Bharat Express Rake after Every Trip to Varanasi Station

Train 18 or Vande Bharat Express undergoes for trip maintenance when it reaches Varanasi from New Delhi and New Delhi from Varanasi. Twice in a week, this train set under goes for primary maintenance. The following activities carried out during trip maintenance:- 1. External Cleaning of Coaches – Only window glasses clean at platform, 2. Internal Cleaning of Coaches – Swapping, Collection of Waste from coaches 3. Watering – filling of water in coaches 4. Collection of Waste from toilet dust bins 5. Seat position changing in Executive chair car / coaches Approximately 90 persons gang involve for trip maintenance of Train 18 / Vande Bharat Express. 30 persons (approximately) engage for external cleaning of coaches, 8-9 persons for watering activities, about 15 persons for internal cleaning of coaches (approx. 1 person per coach).
