My first round of this routine from MadBarz.com (time 6 minutes 2 seconds)
4 rounds:
15x dips
15x diamond push ups
15x dips on straight bar
20x close hands push ups
9x reverse T-bar dips
10x clapping push ups
10x korean dips
Some of these I didn't full range or full reps, because it's pretty intense. But colleague did very well.
(in video title is mistake, 9x reverse T-bars dips)
