Triathlon Training Week for Ironman 70.3 Racing Day 2

This is the second day of a training block I am doing in preparation for an upcoming Ironman 70.3 race. I will be racing at Ironman 70.3 Da Nang which is the Asian Pacific 70.3 Championship for 2019. Later this year, I will be heading to Nice, France to compete in the Ironman 70.3 World Championship.
