Using travertine Tile as a baking stone. I got mine at Lowes, trimmed it down to fit our oven for free. Works great. Check out my blog at mysourdoughstarters.blogspot.com. I pre-heat the oven to 450 then side in the bread and add the boiling water to my cast iron frying pan on the rack below. Then I lower the temp to 400. Comes out perfect every time.
