Transformers 4 Toys - Hasbro vs Takara Toys

Hey guys, what's up? This time I decided to do a suggested topic for the commentary that topic being a comparison between the Hasbro and Takara versions of the Transformers 4 Age of Extinction Toy Line. If you guys have any thoughts, questions, or topic suggestions leave them below in the comments section. Which toy line, Takara's or Hasbro's, do you prefer? Are there particular figures that you especially think are better in a certain line? Or maybe you are simply very distraught that the States aren't getting figures such as Darkside Soundwave.
