Transformer Costume - Optimus Prime

A closer look from my related video Totally made from cardboard. Body of truck is 1 piece from a large bladder tank I had. Front is cardboard hot glued and duct taped to form the design. Wheels are pieces of cardboard hot glued together to give then thickness. Exhaust stacks are out of vent tubing. Yellow top lights from the dollar store and actually light up. Front and rear lights are LED battery lights you would use in places where you have no power. Flames printed off power point clip art. Grills, bumpers, windows all cardboard and hot glued on. Helmet made completely from cardboard. Took 1st place in the Boyne Highlands 2008 Krazy Daze costume event in the Zoo Bar.
