Transfer Android Smartphone Files to Ubuntu with GVFS

If you prefer more privacy with Android file transfer rather than using UbuntuOne cloud storage and syncing, you can use GVFS for a direct transfer via USB. Here's how I transferred a JPG and MP4 file from my Samsung Stellar Android Smartphone to my Ubuntu 12.04 desktop. I have Ubuntu 12.04 and Linux Mint 14 on dual boot partitions on my Toshiba Satellite laptop.
