Training The Next Generation: Bison's In-cab Instructor Program

In today’s favourable job market, professional Drivers are being given greater opportunity to increase their earning potential. Rarely, however, do Drivers have the opportunity to advance their career, increase their earnings and play an active role in the development of their peers as they do as an In-cab Instructor (ICI) with Bison Transport. At Bison, In-cab Instructors earn additional pay while continuing to run their current schedule, and play a vital role in developing the next generation of safe drivers. As an ICI, instructors are joined by a Driver in one of Bison’s development programs and are expected to provide their colleague with valuable advice to help them progress through the program and improve their skills behind the wheel.
