Ingredients: 3 Tbsp Custard Powder  2 1/2 Cups Milk 3 Tbsp White Sugar  Method: 1 - In a medium saucepan heat 2 cups of milk, bring to a boil while adding in sugar. 2 - In a small bowl or mason jar with lid, mix together custard powder in 1/2 cup cold milk until smooth. 3 - Then add to boiling milk while stirring constantly. 4 - Boil for one minute then pour into bowl or serving dishes, put in the fridge to cool then top with whipping cream or carnation thick cream, also top with shavings of chocolate.   Serve hot or cold! Helpful Hints: If you like your custard to be thinner use less custard powder, also when mixing the custard powder into cold milk shake will to remove any lumps.
