Trade Union leaders to march to Uhuru park in solidarity with striking teachers

The Central Organization For Trade Unions Secretary General Francis Atwoli has announced that the trade union leaders as well as those of other affiliate unions will tomorrow morning march to Uhuru park in a show of solidarity with striking teachers. Speaking earlier today the unionist decried the working conditions of employees countrywide citing a similar problem in the health sector. Atwoli also revealed that COTU had given a seven day strike notice for a countrywide general strike.
