Tough Job Interview Questions: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Interviewers seem to think they need to ask this question. Lots of times as companies that haven't existed for 5 years themselves. If you know where you are going to be in 5 years, you probably aren't interviewing for a job, because you couldn't have predicted this was the company you were going to be at. The world changes to fast. In the Internet economy 5 years is 35 years of the pre-internet economy.
